I use it for searching an unknown number every now and then. But it's pathetic because first of all, i should be seeing the name of caller as soon as i get the call. It happens sometimes and the name is below the number during the call, but rarely. Secondly, when i copy the number and try to use Truecaller widget, it just doesn't do anything. I then have to open the app to search! The widget doesn't stay active even on the iPhone Just like Google apps, every update tries to make it look pretty but in the process the app is losing its essence!

The whole point of an app like this is to reduce spam, not to replace one company's spam with another. It's not even good at blocking other spam. My phone still rings times a day with spam calls that the app fails to block.
Plus now I have truecaller spam as well. The whole point here is that I shouldn't be seeing spam calls. I set the app to block numbers that aren't in my contacts, and the app should not show me that I had a call from a number not in my contacts.

It hasn't logged any calls as of Nov So literally I get every call with no "spam likely" but occasionally I'll get 20 notifications simultaneously about calls being marked as "spam likely" but can not get further information.
